Since Mohawk Home is the biggest manufacturer of rugs in the US I've seen their products quite a bit in stores such as Target, Bed Bath and Beyond and Lowes. I've been in the market for a new area rug, because they make your house look so much nicer and they keep your original carpet clean. If you have a rug, or an ugly mark a beautiful rug will hide all problems, and leave your living space feeling much more like home.
Here are some of my favorite rugs from Mohawk Home:
Right now in my living room I have this circle rug, (read the review here) and so far so good. It's been over 6 months and it's still holding up extremely well. I vacuum over it, and with babies and dogs running around, Ican't believe it still looks just as great as it did the first day I got it.
Our house is a bit older, and it has some rough patches we haven't fixed up yet. One of the flaws is a huge hole in the carpet in the hallway, so I knew I had to get a runner to cover it up. After searching many rug stores, I knew I had to go back to my favorite rug company, Mohawk! Everywhere else simply didn't cut it. Too expensive, too cheap, too fancy, poor quality.. the list goes on and on. And of course Bella had to be in the picture. She never misses a chance to get involved!

The Midtown Bungee Cord Runner matches my house perfectly, because of the dark chocolate brown and blue which is also the theme in my living room and bedroom. It's 2'1"W x 7'7"L and extremely affordable, less then $150!. Much cheaper then the runners we were looking at at places such as Rug World, and other furniture stores. It's 100% nylon and extremely durable, made to last. When you're purchasing a rug you really want a product that won't tear apart within months of purchasing it. Especially when you're someone like me who has a messy husband, dogs, cats or kids running around. I also failed to mention earlier we have spilled SO many things on our living room Mohawk Rug, and every thing has came out super easy. I even spilled nail polish AND nail polish remover, 2 things I thought for sure would leave a permanent stain. But everything that has spilled, (and trust me there's been a lot) has came right out. No problems.
