I recently started wearing glasses and contacts for my horrible eyesight. I'm usually wearing my blue contacts, but for when I'm home and relaxing, I like to wear my glasses. I only have one pair I purchased at Eyemasters for over $200, crazy right? I had to wear children's glasses because of the size of my face.
Since then, I've been searching for a cute backup pair of glasses, preferably pink. Not bright neon pink, but a nice flattering "mature" pink. I also didn't want to pay a hefty price for something I'm basically going to wear around the house. And then I found 39 Dollar Glasses.
39DollarGlasses.com was developed by eye doctors to create an inexpensive method for people to acquire high quality, finished prescription eyeglasses online. From their experience in both private offices and retail establishments, the founders decided they could provide this service for people inexpensively, bypassing expensive retail Establishments is a one stop solution if you need eyeglasses. They carry metal, plastic, and rimless eyeglasses. Children’s eyeglasses are also available as well as bendable titanium frame, bifocals, and progressive lenses. You can also order customized frames if you want.
39DollarGlasses uses Polycarbonate lenses for all its eyeglasses and sunglasses. Polycarbonate is the safest material for eyewear. It is thin, lightweight, and has the strength of a bulletproof glass. All eyeglasses and sunglasses at 39DollarGlasses come with anti-UV and anti-scratch coating. They have a large selection of all different brands, sizes, colors and shapes of glasses. I was extremely impressed with their quantity and variety of glasses to choose from, all $39!
I chose the Bellagio frames which are gorgeous, and a great price for only $39 bucks! The color is a pink grape which is pink, but not loud or cheap looking. They come in a nice case with a duster. I have to stress to you, for $39 I was expecting a cheap pair of badly made glasses, which is not the case. These are just as nice as my Eyemasters frames that cost me around $200 last year. I was more then happy with these.
Frames are a little big on me, due to my own error, but I'm so happy with the final product. Customer service is A+ as well. Their site makes it easy to fill out your prescription, and the shipping is extremely fast.
